This home is over 100 years old and the new owners needed to refurbish the porch but wished to retain the period look with mahogany. |

As you can see from the pictures above, this bathroom floor had sunk approximately 5 inches.  We needed to replace the rafters and the flooring. We also added a new shower attachment to the antique claw tub. |
